How to Cancel an Order on Shehtaz?

If you need to cancel an order you placed on Shehtaz, here's a quick guide to help you through the process:

Steps to Cancel an Order: 

  1. Log in to your Shehtaz account. Make sure you’re signed in to your Shehtaz account to access your order history.
  2. Click on ‘Orders’. Once logged in, navigate to the “Orders” section on your Shehtaz account. This will show you a list of your recent orders.
  3. Find the order you want to cancel. Locate the specific order you want to cancel from the list.
  4. Click on the ‘Cancel’ button. There should be a “Cancel” button next to the order details. Click on that button to initiate the cancellation request.
  5. The order status will change to ‘Cancel Request’. Once you click “Cancel”, the order status will be updated to reflect that a cancellation request has been submitted.

Important Note:

It’s important to remember that canceling an order might not always be possible. If your order status is already showing as “Processing” or “Shipped”, then canceling through the website might not be an option.

What to do if the Order is Already Processed or Shipped:

If your order is already processing or shipped, canceling through the Shehtaz website might not be possible. In such cases, you’ll need to contact Shehtaz customer service to request a cancellation.
